Our Team
Our Vision is to create a dental practice that provides superior quality dentistry, delivered by a gentle, caring team of registered dental hygienists and trained assistants. Each of our staff members are a part of a team of highly qualified healthcare professionals with many years of experience in the dental field. You will find them all to be very warm, caring and knowledgeable. They participate in continuing education courses annually to stay current on the latest techniques and procedures. These courses will enhance your dental experience in our office.
Cindy
Hygienist
Cindy has been providing dental care since 1996 and started at Dr. Willard’s office in 2004. Cindy graduated from Missouri Southern State University Hygiene School in Joplin in 2001. “I am proud to work at an office that has such high standards of dental care. I enjoy the comfortable work atmosphere, working with a great team, getting to know my patients, and feeling like they are family.”
Our dental hygiene team’s primary objective is to provide each patient with the highest level of preventative oral care. We will use our knowledge and experience to create an oral care program based on your specific needs.
I moved to Branson in 2003 and have been married to my husband, Darren, for 21 years. We have 2 daughters, Abbey, 29, lives and works in St. Louis and Maddie, 14, attends Branson High School.
Sheri
Hygienist
Sheri, a graduate of Missouri Southern State University, has enjoyed a rich and rewarding career in dental hygiene since 1980. She has been providing dental hygiene care for Dr. Willard’s team since October 1999. “I feel so blessed to be part of such a warm, caring and devoted team. As a hygienist at 248 Dental, our goal is to treat our patients as family. We work hard to create the most positive environment and experience for everyone. We attempt to develop treatment options to fit the specific needs of our patients to help them obtain and maintain their highest level of oral and overall health.”
My husband, Roger and I will celebrate 44 years of marriage in December. We keep busy with our ranch, vineyard and VRBO at Cedarcreek, Missouri, on Bull Shoals Lake. Spending time with our kids, Amanda, Matt & Jess, and grandkids Ellie, & Parker is our greatest joy!
Heather
Heather is a 2002 graduate of Missouri Southern State University with her Bachelors of General Studies and Associates of Dental Hygiene. She has been a licensed dental hygienist at Dr. Willard’s office since 2002.

Heather and Nathan, her high school sweetheart, grew up in the area and love everything the Ozark hills and lakes have to offer. Heather is very busy with their little active son, Hayes. Our dental hygienists are highly trained and licensed oral health professionals who provide you with educational, clinical and therapeutic services to enhance your oral and overall health. Our dental hygienists use their skill and knowledge to prevent, detect, and treat gum disease and tooth decay in our patients.
Kendra
Office Manager
Kendra has been a part of 248 Dental since 1996. Over the years, I have worked in several areas of the office. As office manager, I am thankful for our professional team and the quality care we provide for our patients. Working together for so long has made my coworkers more like family and I am truly grateful for them!
I married my high school sweetheart, Jamie, in 1992. We have 3 amazing kids; Hunter, Chase, and Paige. Our favorite is going wherever life takes us with family and friends! And even better if it’s on a white sandy beach!!
Whitney
Hygienist
Whitney is from Illinois and moved to the Ozarks in 2014 to pursue a career in dentistry. In 2016 I graduated from Ozarks Technical Community College with an associate degree in dental assisting, while being able to do my internship under Dr. Willard. I continued my career to dental hygiene and have been a licensed dental hygienist since graduating OTC in 2019. I am committed to providing a safe, comfortable, effective, and pleasant patient experience.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking, listening to music and spending time with my children, Nikolai and Nevaeh.
Chloe
Dental Assistant
Chloe graduated from Ozarks Technical Community College Dental Assisting program in May 2022 and is scheduled to graduate with her dental hygiene license in 2025. I began working with Dr. Willard in June 2021. I love the fun environment that 248 Dental has, the versatility of this job and helping to make our patients day better by helping them achieve that smile they want.
I love spending time with friends and my family. I am full of energy and may be found singing or dancing around the office.
Shannon
Dental Assistant
Shannon has enjoyed a career in the dental field for many years. She joined 248 Dental in 2018 as a Hygiene Dental Assistant. As a Hygiene Dental Assistant, I have enjoyed the vast variety of this position, which gave me an opportunity to work throughout office. The wonderful co-workers and patients here make 248 Dental a warm and welcoming friendly place. “I feel blessed to be a part of such a great practice.”
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to babysit my friends’ puppies and designing my flea market booth.
Madison
Dental Assistant
Madison graduated dental school in May 2019 from Midwest Technical Institute. I started working at Dr. Willard’s office in March of 2024. I plan on making strives to continue my dental education in order to help serve the dental community by providing the best care to our patients.
When I’m not working I stay busy teaching my daughter; Scarlett, to ride a bike, swim, hike, dance, and do math homework. Otherwise I spend my time taking care of my plant babies or spending time with family.
Olivia
Administrative Assistant
Olivia joined the practice in 2023 as part of our front desk staff. I have worked in the medical / insurance field on and off since 2017. I have a passion for helping others.
I live in Republic with my husband three sons, Isaiah age 12, Cooper age 9, and Keegan age 3 months. We love getting out on the river whenever we can in the summer.
Hayley
Dental Assistant
I graduated from Accelerated Academy Dental Assisting program in November 2023, and have been a part of 248 Dental’s team since December 2023. I like to take care of others and help them achieve the dental care they desire.
My son, Cooper, and I live in Arkansas. We enjoy hunting, camping, and spending time outdoors. Spending time with my son and family is what keeps me going every single day!
Hannah
Administrative Assistant
Hannah recently joined the office and is looking forward to providing compassion and a positive welcoming environment to all our patients while working alongside an amazing team that serves patients with such a high level of care.
I just recently married my husband Lane this last year and I am enjoying living in the same community I have grown up in my entire life. In my free time I enjoy the outdoors, hunting and baking. I am so honored and proud to work for an employer that has such high standards in providing dental care for our patients, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to grow with the office!
